Our Company

Waccamaw Land & Timber was formed in 1981 by Conway native Keith Hinson. The company specialized in selling large tracts of land, and in the first three years Waccamaw Land & Timber sold more than $60 million in land. Waccamaw Land & Timber has also sold more plantations than any other real estate company in the area, some of the most notable include Wachesaw Plantation, Willbrook Plantation, Heritage Plantation, TPC and Blackmoore, just to name a few. Keith Hinson orchestrated the sale of 450,000 acres, among GA, FL, and AL, to a major corporation. Waccamaw Land & Timber has preserved over 8,000 acres which was sold to US Fish & Wildlife.
