Keith C. Hinson, is the owner and founder of Waccamaw Land & Timber Company, a commercial real estate firm he formed in 1981. Keith is the President and Broker in Charge of Waccamaw Land & Timber Co., and has been involved in the sale and development of commercial real estate and residential subdivisions throughout the Carolinas. Keith specializes in the sale of historic plantations, recreational tracts, timber tracts, shopping centers and call centers.
A native to Conway, SC, Keith and his wife Dixie reside in Myrtle Beach and enjoy spending quality time with their three children and three grandchildren. Keith was educated at The Citadel, Coastal Carolina University, and the University of South Carolina.
Keith served 4 1/2 years on the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Board representing the Seventh Congressional District, was a member of the Board of Directors of the Carolina First Bank for 15 years, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the Coastal Carolina University Wall School of Business.
Keith currently serves as Chairman of the Land Use Committee on the Coastal Education Foundation Board at Coastal Carolina University, and is on the Advisory Board of the M.U.S.C. Hollings Cancer Center, and serves as a regional ambassador.

Mark Lazarus a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. For the last 5 years Mark has been an agent of Waccamaw Land & Timber. Mark served on Horry County Council and is familiar with zoning and governmental regulations. He is the resident political consultant for Waccamaw Land & Timber. Mark studied at the University of North Carolina and Cornell University. He is the President of Wild Water & Wheels water park in Surfside Beach. Mark is as avid outdoors man who with his wife, Helen enjoy spending time with their three children Christina, Jordan, and Jacob.
